Chrissie has over 26 years’ experience in IT across both government and private sectors including Service Delivery, senior management, consultancy and delivery roles. As a Chartered IT Professional, she now specialises in ICT and business project, change management and programme delivery/advisory services, ICT project management training and individual career coaching. She is a registered Gateway Reviewer and has a Diploma in Coaching.
Chrissie established Whitfield Factor with the tag line EMPOWER – PLAN – SUCCEED to focus on helping clients understand and support the delivery of a ‘good practice’ spectrum, enabling a tailored approach towards a quality outcome for their project and their organisation.
Chrissie’s newest focus is the development of BLINDSIDED – a charitable trust supporting people, like herself, who have been diagnosed with eye conditions that would result in vision loss. The aim of The Trust is to augment the great work already underway by established organisations, agencies and groups by providing end to end social and emotional support for those diagnosed with a condition resulting in vision loss.
Chrissie volunteers on a number of Advisory Boards and is the Chair for the Christchurch IT Professionals (ITP) Committee.
