Tom is an experienced Project Manager with a decade of expertise overseeing diverse infrastructure, residential development, and property projects. His extensive background encompasses on-site and commercial management, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes. Tom has an outstanding track record working on projects valued up to $200M, these include the Christchurch Northern Corridor Motorway, the Central Plains Irrigation Project, the Ohakea Runway upgrade, and various vertical and horizontal projects. He is adept at navigating complex development agreements, conducting financial analysis, and resolving disputes. His proficiency extends to procurement, stakeholder engagement, and construction project management, including design oversight, contractor management, and HSE & QA control. Tom’s role as Contract Administrator has seen him fulfil duties as both the Engineer to the Contract and Engineer’s Representative, delivering successfully across various projects for district and regional councils.
