Stage 3 of Lincoln University’s George Forbes Building refurbishment was completed and officially opened in March 2025 in time for Semester One. There were a number of challenges inherent with keeping the building live during the development. TEAM managed a number of risks throughout the project, including student and staff movements, site security, noise and construction safety hazards. This is now an interactive student hub which forms the new entrance to the campus – quite literally the students’ gateway to learning at Lincoln University!
