Silverstream Subdivision was granted consent as part of the earthquake recovery effort after the September 2010 earthquake that significantly damaged Kaiapoi. Stage 1 was officially opened a few years later in 2012 by former Prime Minister John Key. We are now up to stages 9 & 10 and TEAM Projects are managing the complexities of turning historically agricultural land into a vibrant community whilst meeting all of the local council regulations.
