This was an exciting project for the reestablishment of Christchurch’s central city. 60 Oxford Terrace saw the refurbishment and upgrade of an earthquake-damaged building into an 11 story luxury apartment block in the CBD.

This project came with some unique challenges, including the riverside location, single lane access road, and the challenges inherited from the original building. Utilising tectonic base-isolators and industry-leading seismic strengthening techniques, safety and environmental responsibility were at the forefront of this high-end residential project.
