TEAM established a project management office to deliver extensive capital works, primarily relating to the repair, reinstatement and resilience of the 3 Waters and roading networks after the catastrophic flood events of July 2021 and February 2022.

This office manages over 150 projects, including slope stabilization, soil nailing, roading repairs, bridges, culverts and other structures.
