Since 2017, Queenstown has been undertaking a major $200 million 3 Waters Infrastructure upgrade programme. The programme comprises upgrades and expansion of water and wastewater treatment plants, stormwater, wastewater, and potable water networks, pumping stations, and reservoirs

Calling on our industry experience and networks, we undertook market analysis to determine the capacity of design and contractor resources and assisted QLDC in appropriately bundling projects and project types accordingly. We have provided strategic advice relating to both Design & Build and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement models. Along with QLDC’s legal advisor we standardised consultant and contractor documentation. Since that time, and notwithstanding the additional disruption caused by the advent of Covid, TEAM has continued to provide procurement and strategic project management services to QLDC.
