Ross Meikle is a highly skilled and accomplished Project Director and Business Manager with a proven track record in business management, the delivery of projects, commercial management, leading through change, leadership of teams, and personnel management.

Ross has worked on projects of differing magnitudes and complexities in the United Kingdom, Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand giving him a comprehensive understanding of building cross cultural teams and influencing in a variety of situations. He enjoys working with diverse groups across a range of project types and creates an environment for teams to be successful.

He has worked in the construction industry for 22 years and is a chartered surveyor and Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has experience within the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors giving him a broad range of expertise across a diverse spectrum. He is experienced in various forms of construction contracts, across sectors including; civil infrastructure, modular construction, hotels, leisure, large scale land remediation, commercial projects, airports and rail, and public realm.

Ross is industry-recognised as a very competent and astute Business leader and Engineer to the Contract and is known for his ability to structure delivery teams to optimise outcomes. He is passionate about creating aligned delivery teams that share a common goal.

Ross has managed and advised on a number of projects ranging from Billion-dollar light rail joint ventures to complex systems engineering plants. Recent projects have included new prison facilities for the Department of Corrections, Feedmill upgrades and a range of education projects across both Auckland and Christchurch.

Ross’ international and local experience allows him to bring a broad variety of experience – both professionally and culturally – to his approach and work ethic.

In the UK Ross had a particular specialism in modular construction, with a specific focus on health, education and sports facilities and retains a passion for modular construction to this day
