Tania started her working life as an Architectural Draftsperson gaining her qualification whilst working for a renowned Christchurch Architectural firm. Taking time out to travel and raise a family, she has since remained in the construction industry in some capacity.

Over time she has moved towards the key operations of Architectural & Design consultancies with a focus on contracts, specification writing, tender documentation, along with regional council and private development submissions.

Providing excellent support to the consultants on office developments, apartments, carpark buildings, retail fit outs and retirement villages to award winning residential homes and renovations, she has consistently delivered exceptional results.

Tania has a thorough knowledge of the construction industry which has given her an excellent understanding of the processes involved in construction and civil projects. This in turn has enabled her to build great working relationships with stake holders at all stages of a project making her a valuable member of TEAM Projects Advisory.
