Stage 3 of Lincoln University’s George Forbes Building refurbishment is scheduled for opening in December 2024, in time for Semester One of 2025. This will be an interactive student hub which will form the new entrance to the campus – quite literally the students’ gateway to learning at Lincoln University!

There are a number of challenges inherent with keeping the building live during the redevelopment. TEAM are managing a number of risks throughout the project, including student and staff movements, site security, noise hazards, and construction safety hazards.
